Best Friends Tour

  • A pot-bellied pig at Best Friends. Sadly, people think that pigs are supposed to be stuffed full of food -- garbage food like cheez-its. This does terrible things to pigs.

  • One of the workers at Animal Help talking about the calls they receive. Best Friends takes many calls from people needing help for an animal and tries to encourage the caller to find resources locally to intercede on the animal's behalf.

  • Angels Rest at Best Friends. This is where many of the animals that have had a home at the Sanctuary go after they pass on. Many people also choose to bring their pets remains for burial here. The area has thousands of donated wind chimes that make incredibly beautiful music with even the slightest breeze.
